The world premiere of this piece will be given by the same group on July 9 in the Museo Centro de Arte Reina Sofia, Madrid. The third concert will be on July 13 in the Palau de la Musica in Barcelona.

October 26-30, 2015, I will be composer-in-residence at the University of Minnesota at Morris, where Simon Tillier will give the world premiere of Burning Blue, a concerto for electric guitar, winds and percussion with Chris Kachian as soloist and players from the university. This work was commissioned by the UMM and Chris Kachian. This will be one of several concerts featuring my works including the chamber work Light, the piano concerto movement, For What Is Lost, and choral works, The Magpies and Epitaph.
